I’m picky about my coleslaws, and definitely prefer a sweet to a tangy flavor. This one is perfect! It is another recipe from Amy Moore and sides wonderfully with Pulled Pork Sandwiches.
Cole Slaw
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 tsp. mustard
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- I head shredded cabbage
Mix dressing ingredients together then toss with cabbage
