This is our favorite brownie recipe. We went to the Hershey factory in Hershey, PA and bought a small cookbook with this recipe in it. The only change is that we always doubled the recipe, so now that is how it is written!
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
⅔ cup cocoa
½ tsp baking pwd
½ tsp salt
½ cup chocolate chips for the top
Combine oil, sugar, vanilla and eggs, stir well with wooden spoon. Add dry ingredients and stir well. Pour into greased 9×13 pan . Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until edges begin to pull away from the sides.
